NGC Compression Products

Each NGC modular compressor package includes features that you would see on a typical 2% sour engineered product package.

Some features for each standard package are as follows:

• Ariel JGA frame with short two compartment distance pieces.
• 1/8" corrosion allowance on all piping, vessels and process gas cooler sections.
• Full NDE on piping, vessels and process gas cooler sections.
• PWHT of piping, vessels and process gas cooler sections.
• NACE process valving.
• SA-179 tubes on all gas cooler sections.

NGC standard packages available are as follows:

• 99 HP 2 and 3 stage units (available in full range of ANSI pressure ratings)
• 188 HP 2 and 3 stage units (available in full range of ANSI pressure ratings)

NGC Custom Engineered Packages available up to 3,600 HP

NGC also has a full range of options available, which include capacity control (bypass and suction control valves), specific instrumentation and control requirements, building options and many others available.
