NGC was incorporated in December of 2003.  NGC acquired E&D Pipe and Process Equipment in November, 2004.  NGC now has 27,000 square feet and over 100 personnel necessary to fabricate the process components we require for field reconfigurations, or to fabricate complete packages.  NGC is an experienced packager with 21 years in the industry and has been fabricating complete compressor packages for the last 3 years.
